About the Role

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for administration, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare documents.
  • Manage communications with clients, suppliers, and home owners.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with billing.
  • Assist with mail.
  • Assist with employee time tracking.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • QuickBooks or Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
