Your Responsibilities:

🔹 Engage with Individuals & Families – Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients’ insurance needs.
🔹 Guide Clients Through the Enrollment Process – Provide expert advice on policy options and benefits.
🔹 Answer Client Inquiries – Address concerns and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
🔹 Collaborate with Team Members – Work together to maintain an efficient enrollment process.
🔹 Maintain Accurate Records – Keep detailed documentation of client interactions and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to clearly explain coverage options and build rapport with clients.
Strong Attention to Detail & Organization – Ensure accuracy in paperwork and policy details.
Self-Motivated & Reliable – Ability to work independently and meet goals.
Customer Service or Sales Experience – A plus, but not required!
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using online systems and virtual meeting platforms.
Adaptability & Time Management – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Home Office Setup Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera required.
