Job Description

As a Manager for Fractile, we seek a highly driven individual to manage project delivery teams to implement construction technology solutions to Fractile's clients. We seek a leader who can marry the right priorities and strategies with the current and existing product portfolio to lead the technology enabled construction and operations market. As the company continues to grow, you will manage a team of project engineers to deliver technology-based solutions on projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and work with internal team members to implement processes, advise, and assist in implementing construction technology solutions.
• Execute delivery of Fractile solutions for consumption by stakeholders.
• Work closely with Fractile project development and product development teams to manage client relationships and pursuits.
• Implement Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies throughout the project life cycle from design and construction to facilities management.
• Interact regularly with project teams and facilitate meetings with all stakeholders to communicate and deliver Fractile solutions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with project team(s), clients, owner’s representatives, design team, subcontractors, and others.
• Develop strategy for attending or participating in industry events to drive awareness of Fractile and stay current with the market’s needs, competitive offerings, and technology trends.
• Expertly communicate value of Fractile's construction technology solutions to existing and new clients.
• Partner with marketing to develop and deliver coherent messaging to specific market segments building market awareness.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or the equivalent).

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Other Qualifications:

• Must have experience with: Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Knowledge of construction processes and current construction technology landscape.
• Demonstrated leadership with project teams
