Job Description

This is a 27 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 60 months experience developing and/or maintaining system artifacts and documentation including business requirements, user, and functional requirements, project process documentation, quality assurance and contingency operations plans and reports.
• 60 months experience in obtaining and writing use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock-ups, report mock-ups and technical documents.
• 60 months QA experience including the following: • Create Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test scripts • Execute functional and system tests including regression tests using manual and automated testing tools and record results using HP ALM/Quality Center (or equivalent) • Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required. • Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation (e.g. missing or ambiguous requirements) identified during the testing process. • Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases
• 24 months experience validating requirements and executing test cases specific to web services. Experience should include using testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI or an equivalent
