As a Business Development Representative , you will play a key role in expanding Kashable’s footprint by building relationships with enterprise employers (3,000+ employees) and implementing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to connect with HR, benefits, and wellbeing leaders in key industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, higher education, and the public sector. In this role, you will partner closely with Kashable’s marketing team to create and execute highly personalized outreach campaigns, leveraging creative marketing tactics and innovative sales technologies to generate, engage, and convert large enterprise leads . This role is ideal for a driven, creative, and relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to help grow a mission-driven organization.
