**We have hours available, ranging from morning to afternoon to evening. Locations vary from Downtown Columbia, Northeast Columbia (Sandhills/Clemson Rd./Two Notch Rd.), Southeast Columbia (Garners Ferry Rd/Leesburg/Hopkins/Eastover), Irmo/Lake Murray, Lexington, West Columbia, Cayce, Batesburg-Leesville, Gaston, Swansea, Pelion, Hopkins/Eastover NEW Competitive Pay Our hiring process starts by asking a few pre-screening questions; if both parties agree, then an in-person interview will be scheduled for a day and time of your choosing. If hired, New Hire Onboarding is sent via email for all paperwork to be signed, a drug and TB test is scheduled, and finally, one last meeting in the office to review all of the New Hire Paperwork you signed. Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or the hospital
• Assist with clients' personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.
• Maintain patients' care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship and essential emotional or psychological support

Requirements:

• At least one year of hands-on experience in the medical field
• No felonies on SLED background check
• Clean Drug Screening
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Be able to operate App (s) on the phone to clock in/out
