We design, sell, manufacture and install custom closets, home offices, garages, laundry rooms, pantries, bookshelves and more all of them with the highest quality. Closet Factory has been in business for over 40 years and it’s opening its newest location here in San Antonio. We are looking for a Factory Worker and Installer: In charge of the manufacturing and installation of complete projects from beginning to end. Members of our factory/install team cut and prepare the wood panels using the 32 millimeter system, then they check it for accuracy and quality before going to the client’s home for installation. You must have a good attitude, great attention to detail and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client. For the installation, we will provide a vehicle, tools and a full-time schedule. You must be available to work some Saturdays. Job Description: Manufacturing and/or installing custom closets and other cabinetry pieces like shelves or drawers following schematic designs based on the 32mm system. Requirements: We need enthusiastic individuals with,

• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing and installing cabinets and woodwork in general.
• Ability to read cabinet installation and shop designs and blueprints
• Knowledge of the 32mm system (preferable).
• Experience operating heavy machinery and tools associated with cabinet making such as a table saw, slider saw, edge bander, beam saws, handheld routers and sanders, power drills, nail guns etc. Must be familiar with the use of both power and hand tools (Drill, Mallet, Screwdrivers, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong desire for precision and consistency.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to operate a Forklift.
• Must have Driver’s License, reliable transportation and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorship available.
• Spanish is a plus.
