🕒 Employment Type: Part-time (~40 hours/month), project-based, with potential for full-time transition
NETRONIC is a global tech company with 19+ years of experience in developing advanced electronics for entertainment and tactical training. Our solutions power projects in over 80 countries, including large-scale initiatives like Diriyah Season (Saudi Arabia) and Dezerland Park (USA).
We’re now entering a new chapter — expanding into U.S. government contracting, and we're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to help lead the charge.
Your Mission:
You’ll be our go-to expert for managing DoD contract operations — from proposal development and submissions to execution, compliance, and long-term success. You'll help us build a solid contracting framework from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the full federal contract lifecycle: proposals, negotiations, execution, compliance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR regulations.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and contract risks.
• Maintain and manage registrations with SAM.gov, CAGE, DUNS, NAICS.
• Support audits by government agencies (e.g., DCMA, DCAA).
• Communicate with U.S. contracting officers and our internal team.
• Monitor and analyze new U.S. federal contract opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
• 7+ years of direct experience with U.S. DoD contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law, Business, or related fields.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and compliance.
• Hands-on experience using government portals and documentation tools.
• Must be based in or near Orlando, FL — occasional on-site presence 1–2 times/month is required.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with ACC Orlando or PEO STRI.
• Previous work with defense primes or subcontractors.
Why Join NETRONIC?
• Help shape our U.S. defense contracting strategy from the ground up.
• Be part of an innovative, global team with a strong engineering culture.
• Enjoy a flexible, remote-first role with hybrid collaboration as needed.
• Potential to transition to a full-time role as we scale operations.
• Competitive compensation for high-impact, strategic work.
