Your Impact on the Business: As a Level 3 Critical Facilities Technician, you will take a lead role in the day-to-day operations of a data center, focusing on maintaining and improving critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and systems. You'll leverage your advanced expertise to ensure 100% uptime, support complex troubleshooting, and mentor junior technicians. What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate, maintain, and optimize critical and non-critical data center infrastructure.
• Lead the CFT team in monitoring power, cooling, and environmental conditions in data halls.
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to oversee and manage maintenance tasks.
• Perform and supervise advanced preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and respond to emergencies with precision.
• Develop, review, and improve procedures and maintenance inspections.
• Escort and oversee contractors, ensuring compliance with facility rules and standards.
• Conduct detailed facility rounds and provide support for operations, construction, and commissioning activities.

The Necessities:

• High school diploma required; vocational, technical school training, or military background preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in mission-critical environments.
• Electrical or mechanical license or certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to complete advanced training programs and certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and documentation.
