Job Description

- Job location is onsite in Miami, FL
- Interview conducted via video
- Expected to start within 3-5 weeks
- Must have lead experience specifically with FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, Oracle etc.
- Must have Oracle HCM & finance experience
- Functional knowledge on data usage and ability to explain to team required
- Experience with Payroll Time & Labor (OTL), HR, Staffing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration, or related field is desired
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus but not required
- At least 5 years experience with Oracle conversion/import methods including FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, Oracle Visual Builder Addin for Excel
- Should have strong hands-on experience in conversion objects; Customers, Billing/AR, PPM, HCM (OTL, Payroll, Absences), Suppliers
- Functional and technical knowledge of modules being converted into including but not limited to AR, PPM, HCM (OTL, Payroll, Absences), Financials
- Technical knowledge and experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance required
- Knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables required
- Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable
- No background check or drug screen required.
