Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (EHR)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to input patient and provider information into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical records data entry and a strong understanding of healthcare documentation standards . This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient and provider information into the EHR system.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical records data entry .
• Familiarity with True Chart or PACRE EHR (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work efficiently in an onsite setting .
• Knowledge of healthcare documentation and medical terminology is a plus.
