Our team is dedicated to transformational change and innovation, and we need a charismatic coach and mentor to lead us into the future of food safety.   Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of food safety systems that align with Industry 4.0 and AI technologies. Act as a change agent and catalyst for innovation within the organization. Foster a high-energy, hands-on work environment that encourages team collaboration and growth. Coach and mentor team members, embodying the principles of servant leadership. Drive initiatives that position the company as a game changer in the industry. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in food safety.   Qualifications: Proven experience in food safety management, with a strong understanding of current industry standards. Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and mentoring. A systems-oriented mindset with a passion for utilizing technology to enhance food safety practices.
