About the Company

Gamalinda Agencies is hiring for Sales Professionals and Managers in Training (M.I.T) across the United States. Remote and On-Site Opportunities available! Through in house training by senior (10yr+) executives, leadership, and passion for helping our clients, our company has been able to consistently grow year over year while many financial services companies flounder. Sales leads (generated in-house/ NOT third party) are provided to the sales force at no cost. Financial products are offered through Globe Life, United Health Care, and other major companies. We provide financial services and products to over 20,000 different labor organizations, financial institutions, small businesses, transportation and logistics companies nationwide and are actively hiring for experienced and entry level candidates to join our team! The ideal candidate is a self motivated and well-organized individual who has an understanding of prospecting, customer service, and developing strong relationships with customers.

About the Role

Compensation will be discussed in interviews. All incomes are position dependent and performance based. Two interviews will be conducted before hire- an initial and final interview.

Responsibilities

• Selling financial products to our cultivated markets
• Document and update client records
• Provide information about the product and services to potential individual and commercial clients
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services
• Prospect, build, and manage relationships with potential and existing customers

Qualifications

• Experience in business or related fields preferred but not required
• No previous felonies on record
• Amazing people skills with a positive and professional demeanor
• Self motivated
• Ability to Multi task and Prioritize Goals
• Amazing communication skills
• Team oriented
• Computer Literacy
• Bilingual with sales experience are very welcome but not required
