Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled EPBCS Functional Consultant with strong financial and accounting domain expertise to support our client, a leading organization based in San Francisco, CA . The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar qualification and proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) . This is a remote role with minor travel to the client site if required .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the functional implementation and support of Oracle EPBCS modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, test, and support planning and budgeting solutions using EPBCS.
• Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and integrations within the Oracle Cloud framework.
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
• Liaise between finance teams and technical developers to ensure functional alignment.
• Support minor travel requirements to client location in San Francisco, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)/CPA OR similar certification is mandatory .
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or consulting roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS (preferably in a functional role).
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior consulting experience or experience working with global clients is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Remote-first with flexibility.
• Occasional travel to client site in San Francisco, CA , if required.
