About the Role

As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the community. This includes financial oversight, team leadership, resident care, compliance, and sales and marketing efforts. You will play a key role in fostering a culture that prioritizes quality care, engagement, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire: Create a positive and motivating environment, encouraging teamwork and excellence in resident care.

Team Development: Hire, train, and support staff, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.

Resident & Family Relations: Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring open communication and a high level of satisfaction.

Financial & Operational Management: Oversee budgets, revenue goals, and operational efficiencies to maintain a thriving community.

Sales & Marketing: Drive occupancy by developing business strategies and ensuring a strong market presence.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure the community meets and exceeds regulatory and company standards.

Engagement & Culture: Promote a workplace culture built on trust, respect, and commitment to service excellence.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong ability to manage financials, sales efforts, and team performance.

A passion for working with seniors and making a meaningful impact.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards.

Ability to lead through change and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
