Johnson Controls is seeking talented Factory Specialists to join our team. This role involves reading and interpreting electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, troubleshooting and repairing systems, and collaborating with Engineering to implement new procedures and processes.
Responsibilities:
Support Lean, Six Sigma, and Best Business Practices projects.
Work with Quality Control and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with standards.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Implement improvement projects and monitor new processes.
Maintain effective communication with management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing processes and preventive maintenance.
Two years of PLC automation/programming experience or equivalent education.
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving, math, and communication skills.
Preferred: High school diploma, Lean/Six Sigma certification, AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge.
Pay: $28.73/h - $39.48/h (Based on experience)
