Position Overview: As the Finance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the dealership’s success, driving the financial solutions that power vehicle sales. You’ll work closely with customers to craft personalized financing options, leveraging your expertise to close deals quickly and efficiently. Your role is to create an exceptional experience from start to finish, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect vehicle and the right financing solution. • Own the Finance Process: Engage directly with customers, identifying their financial needs and offering tailored loan, lease, and warranty options.
• Drive Results: Close deals efficiently by negotiating favorable terms that align with customer goals while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Streamline Transactions: Manage paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and finalized quickly.
• Maximize Relationships: Build and maintain strong ties with financial institutions to offer the best possible financing terms.
• Lead the Team: Oversee the F&I department, ensuring the team is delivering exceptional customer service and efficient processes.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor industry changes, regulatory updates, and market trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside the sales team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing, elevating the customer journey.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry (luxury car experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and credit products.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
