Front Desk Administrator - “Director of 1st Impressions”

Cypress Area location

Contract-to-hire

Duties:

• Answer and transfer phone calls to an appropriate employee
• Greet and log visitors
• Support office and management with general administrative duties/tasks
• Pickup mail, review & distribute to designated employees
• Responsible for Postage refill, etc.
• Schedule to FedEx, UPS and/or courier pick ups
• Arrange Conference Rooms and keep the calendar updated
• Set-up and clean-up for meetings and events
• Order lunches, as needed for meetings or events
• Maintain Office products and supplies; order as needed
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and tidy - Maintain fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, coffee machines, etc.
• Place work orders or maintenance requests with appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• 1+ year administrative support experience
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
• Mature, dependable demeanor who has excellent customer service skills
