Continental Research Corporation is looking to add an Outside Salesperson to join our rapidly expanding team. It is our goal to hire and retain the most talented professionals to support customers with the highest levels of satisfaction. As a part of the Sales Team, you’ll be provided with the newest business tools, real-time information, remarkable products, field training, and classroom training. Our superior line of proprietary industrial products has been integral to the success of maintenance operations in thousands of businesses for more than 55 years. Even if you don’t have extensive experience, we can train you to follow our foolproof process to become a high earning career sales pro.

This Role Offers:

Competitive base salary plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K match, and more. First year earnings will be $60,000 to $65,000 in salary, commissions, and monthly bonuses and weekly auto reimbursement on your way to earning 100k+ after 3-4 yrs.

Our representatives are provided with dynamic and proprietary CRM to access accurate historical data and online order entry to streamline operations and make your job easier. In addition to powerful selling tools, our sales force is supported by a dynamic marketing team and robust website that provides qualified leads as well as other lead generation

Focus: Drive new business development and account management efforts through:

  • Sales calls from lead generation
  • Social media posts & advertisements
  • Your existing network for credibility and outreach
  • Sales support, relationship management, and customer service
  • Educate prospective and existing clients on the benefits of working with a best-in-class supplier of industrial chemicals and specialty maintenance products.
  • Research prospective businesses and generate leads, identify key players, make the calls, and close the deal. Become industry experts in our customers’ fields to ensure quality conversations and demonstrations are possible.

Skill Set: Must be a self-starter with the ability to follow our proven sales processes.

  • Persuasive sales producer; relationship building, product presentation, making promotional offers and closing sales. 1+ years sales experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated by commissions, bonuses, and recognition.
  • Degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge and usage of CRM’s, Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
