INSURANCE AGENT - Commission-Based Role
(Make up to $100k/year Plus)

Qualifications:
● Education and Licensing:
○ A Life and Health license is preferred but not mandatory.
○ Willingness to complete the Life and Health course and pass the state exam. (Cost of License is $60 plus taxes)
○ Monthly brokerage operational fees $35.
● Skills and Competencies:
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
○ A client-focused approach to identifying and addressing financial needs.
○ Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
○ Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and clear manner.
○ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
● Experience :
○ Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset but not mandatory.
○ Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage but not required.
● Technical Proficiency:
○ Comfort with digital tools and virtual platforms for communication and sales.
○ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
● Work Ethic and Attitude:
○ Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
○ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
○ A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
○ A need for a strong work ethic, be coachable and a great attitude.
