🚨 We're Hiring: In-Office Marketing & Sales Operations Intern (25–40 hrs/week)

You'll be working closely with key leadership, learning by doing, and building real skills along the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

🧾 Auditing & Disputing

• Audit service and sales calls for accuracy, professionalism, and quality
• File and track disputes as needed (e.g., ad platform errors or policy violations)
• Log findings and report patterns to leadership

📞 Call Monitoring & Insights

• Review recorded calls and help identify areas for improvement
• Support training and performance coaching by surfacing key takeaways
• Track and report on trends in customer interactions

📣 Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist with managing paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google)
• Coordinate with our SEO Manager on keyword research and content planning
• Help build reports and review campaign performance metrics
• Experience with social media is a plus!

🤝 Team Support

• Work directly with the VP of Inside Sales & Marketing
• Support ongoing projects and reports that keep campaigns and sales ops on track
• Be part of team meetings and contribute your insights—we value fresh perspectives

Who You Are:

• Must be able to commute to our Round Rock office daily (25–40 hrs/week)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proactive, coachable, and ready to grow
• Strong communicator and team player
• Interested in marketing, business ops, or sales development
• Experience with social media, CRMs, or basic ad platforms is a bonus (but not required—we’ll train you!)
