About the Role:

The Judge Group is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Intern who is a great multi-tasker to assist our Marketing team for The Judge Group paid summer internship Program, lasting approximately 10 weeks. This opportunity offers structured learning and a deeper understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities in the professional services industry. Interns will work on hands-on projects under the guidance of an assigned mentor and supervisor. Clear expectations and goals will be set to ensure a successful internship experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including employee communications, blog posts, and social media, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing videos, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand message.
• Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including research, planning, and analysis.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, including organizing marketing materials and maintaining databases.
• Capture and produce content such as shooting videos and taking photos to be used across various marketing channels.
• Assist with research and preparation of materials for conferences.
• Draft internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Assist in building landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Assist with analyzing marketing data, generating reports, and routing leads.
• Research and identify opportunities for influencer collaborations.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university. Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe products is a plus
• Proficient writing and editing experience
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X YouTube) preferred
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
