Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end coordination of FCL and LCL ocean export shipments. Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and AES filings . Work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to manage bookings and ensure timely departures. Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to clients. Ensure compliance with global trade regulations , customs requirements, and company policies. Resolve any shipment-related issues, including delays, documentation discrepancies, and carrier coordination. Maintain accurate records within the CargoWise system. Qualifications & Skills: ~2+ years of experience in ocean freight export logistics or freight forwarding. ~ Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation . ~ Experience working with CargoWise or similar freight management systems. ~ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. ~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
