Second off, chances are you might be familiar with what an onsite manager does in the light industrial staffing world. Or... maybe not? Well, I'll get right to the point. For the position we're looking to fill, we are seeking someone who is an expert in onsite management. That means, not only have they spent the time as an onsite, but also has managed other onsites before. (Is that onsite inception? Maybe.) So, while the next big chunk of words are going to clearly depict the roles and responsibilities of this position, I don't want to steal your precious time if you fall in the camp of not knowing what on Earth I'm talking about. Position pay base starting at $62K annually with commission and bonus structure.

The Onsite Manager is responsible for overseeing contingent workforce operations across up to three client sites. This role leads the Onsite Representatives and Onsite Recruiters, ensuring smooth workforce management, high client satisfaction, and compliance with all policies. They serve as the primary point of contact for a few key clients at the leadership level and act as a key problem-solver for workforce challenges.
