About The Role

As the Outpatient Clinic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations across our outpatient behavioral health clinics. You’ll be the connective thread between providers, patients, and administrative staff, ensuring clinic workflows are efficient and patient care remains our top priority. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for supporting mental health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new outpatient clinics across various cities in the United States
• Conduct market research and site visits to determine viability, accessibility, and local demand for services
• Negotiate lease agreement terms with property managers and landlords, in partnership with legal and leadership teams
• Oversee and coordinate all clinic renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and alignment with brand standards
• Travel as needed to new clinic sites to manage physical setup, including furniture assembly, utility activation, internet installation, and general readiness for patient care
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clinic buildouts
• Place and manage clinic supply orders, including medical equipment, office furnishings, and operational necessities
• Maintain communication with leadership and cross-functional departments to provide regular updates on clinic development progress
• Develop and document standardized processes for opening new outpatient clinics to support scalability and operational consistency
• Support ongoing administrative operations at newly launched clinics as needed during the transition period

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare operations or clinic coordination role, ideally in behavioral health
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and stay composed under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient environments is a plus

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $50,000 and $60,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other PsychPlus Health-sponsored benefits.
