Are you detail-driven, data-savvy, and love keeping things organized? Master Electronics is looking for a Supplier Data Analyst to ensure supplier data and pricing stay accurate, up-to-date, and seamlessly integrated into our systems. Your work will play a crucial role in smooth operations, efficient order processing, and strong supplier relationships. Must be based in Miami, Florida .

Starting pay is $22.00  per hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance!

What you will do?:

• Collect and verify supplier data—pricing, lead times, product details, and contact information—through email, phone, or supplier portals
• Ensure data accuracy by checking for discrepancies in product descriptions, part numbers, and pricing before entering into the system
• Keep supplier records updated with the latest pricing, lead times, and product changes
• Accurately update resale prices for electronic products, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Review and process pricing data to maintain accuracy across systems
• Troubleshoot supplier data issues that may impact business operations
• Work with purchasing, inventory management, and sales teams to ensure seamless data integration
• Generate reports on pricing trends, stock availability, and supplier performance to support decision-making
  

What you bring to the table!:

• Proficiency in Excel or data management tools for handling large datasets, queries, and reports
• Strong attention to detail —accuracy is key to preventing operational disruptions
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize supplier records
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
