Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following capabilities:

• Leading the development, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of information technology planning processes.
• Developing and presenting solutions scenarios on the execution and timing of information technology work activities in enterprise-wide portfolio considering budgetary and resource constraints.
• Defining strategy and providing direction to maintain a comprehensive information technology planning function focused on enabling the most efficient and effective delivery of service across the enterprise.
• Defining, implementing, and managing strategies and processes to support an ongoing IT planning process that accurately captures the enterprise-wide portfolio of activities and associated resource capacity and demand projects over the first 1-2 years of the contract.
• Serving as the escalation point of contact to resolve conflict and/or issues related to changes in existing work activities in the project portfolios.
• Developing and implementing analysis and reporting tools for communicating departmental wide portfolio activities; auditing, monitoring, and leading correction processes to ensure project and resource data are maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Management, MBA preferred.
