What You’ll Do:

• Own the Process: Lead video marketing projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring every detail is flawless—on time, on budget, and on brand.
• Be the Client Whisperer: Serve as the primary, client-facing point of contact, building trust, managing expectations, and delivering updates with confidence and clarity.
• Master the Timeline: Build and manage project schedules like a pro, anticipating hurdles and keeping everything flowing seamlessly.
• Automate Like a Genius: Leverage automation tools to streamline workflows, eliminate busywork, and keep projects humming efficiently.
• Upsell with Finesse: Spot opportunities to expand projects, pitch additional services, and grow client accounts while keeping their goals front and center.
• Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with our creative team (videographers, editors, designers) to align on vision and execute campaigns that impress clients.
• Track the Numbers: Oversee budgets, resources, and deliverables to hit goals without overspending.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly: Tackle curveballs—think last-minute client requests or production hiccups—with creativity and composure.
• Level Up Our Game: Identify ways to refine processes, boost productivity, and make our video projects even better.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned project management pro with 5+ years of experience, ideally in video production, marketing, or a creative agency environment.
• A client-facing superstar with exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—that leave clients feeling heard, valued, and excited.
• A natural at upselling, with a knack for spotting opportunities to add value and grow client relationships.
• An automation expert who knows how to use tech to save time and supercharge efficiency.
• An Asana guru—you live and breathe it, mastering its every feature to keep projects on track.
• A deadline ninja who can prioritize, pivot, and deliver under pressure without missing a beat.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Asana, Slack, Dropbox, and Google Workspace. Bonus if you’ve tackled video production software too!
• Detail-obsessed yet vision-driven—you catch the small stuff while keeping the big picture in focus.
• Passionate about video marketing and storytelling.
