Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32216 (Hybrid) (3 days onsite)

Duration: 9+ months with possible extension or conversion

Pay range: $29/hr - $31/hr

Schedule: Mon – Fri

Team Overview:

The Implementations team is responsible for managing the delivery of prepaid card program configurations and settings to successfully launch new and existing clients and cardholders on the processing platform. This team oversees the project management and implementation of all aspects of a card program. The department consists of 17 individuals across two teams, and this role will collaborate closely with two specific team members for training. While much of the work is independent, the team operates in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

The employee will interact with internal team members and other business units through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams.

Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance and Procedure Coordinator will assist with quality reviews, update and create team procedures and desk aids, and support audit processes. The role ensures that system settings, source documentation, and cardholder disclosure materials—such as fee schedules and cardholder agreements—are aligned. This position focuses on high-impact, high-visibility elements with potential legal, financial, or reputational consequences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review fees and other system configurations to ensure accuracy
  • Examine documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Identify and escalate issues for resolution, often collaborating with team members for clarification or corrections
  • Utilize tracking tools (Salesforce) and reporting processes
  • Work with implementation team members to update and create procedures and desk aids

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with a cubicle workspace

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in banking, specifically with credit or debit card products
  • Background in auditing, quality review, proofreading, or editing
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical approach, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and prior experience using Salesforce
  • Clear, diplomatic, and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a routine-driven and repetitive role
  • Analytical skills to identify potential issues in system settings and documentation

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
