Job Description

JOHN LEONARD is seeking a hybrid, full-time Records Manager in Boston. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Facilities. This exciting position comes with a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $102K-$134K. As a Records Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and developing the record management process, aligning with the broader organizational goals. You will implement initiatives that optimize practices, enhance security, and ensure compliance. To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the daily operations of the records management program you can expect to do: Ensure all documentation is captured, improved, and maintained throughout client lifecycle Manage a diverse digital records system that securely stores all matter-related documents Data entry and disposition of inactive records Serve as liaison to General Counsel department The successful Records Manager applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of record management experience .
