The Recruiter will play a key role in the staffing process by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in project management, construction, and engineering positions within the energy sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in project management, construction, and engineering within the energy sector.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
• Assist in preparing job postings and managing recruitment advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in the energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
