Aavero Partners is an emerging private investment and acquisition firm focused on long-term ownership of lower middle-market businesses. We are in the early stages of building our platform and are looking to bring on a motivated and entrepreneurial intern to help shape the foundation of our brand ahead of a broader public launch. This is a unique opportunity to help build a private equity brand from the ground up.

Role Description / Responsibilities

This is a part-time, unpaid, remote Marketing & Branding Internship with flexible scheduling. You’ll work directly with the founder and lead key elements of brand development, marketing strategy, and creative execution. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and formalizing brand guidelines (logo use, colors, typography, tone)
• Supporting the development of a professional website (Hostinger, Wordpress, and plug-ins)
• Assisting with creation of pitch decks , presentation templates , and marketing collateral
• Conducting brand research on comparable firms
• Helping shape content ideas, strategies, calendars, and more for LinkedIn, Deal generation, and investor outreach
• Open to other ideas base on what you'd like to learn and gain experience doing

Who We're Looking For / Qualifications:

• A current undergrad, recent grad, freelancer, or high school student interested in marketing, communications, design, branding, or a related field
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a lean, startup-like environment with minimal oversight
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Word) is a significant plus
• Bonus: You’re interested in private equity, startups, or investing
