CJ Chemicals is looking to add a Sales Account Executive to our team in the Chattanooga, TN region.

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Account Executives to join our dynamic sales team in the Chattanooga, TN region. The ideal candidate will have a background in chemical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have 3+ years experience in the Sales industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
