Kendall Farms is a family-owned, California-based flower farm known for cultivating and supplying premium cut flowers across North America. We take pride in our innovation, craftsmanship, and customer care, and we’re looking for an experienced sales leader to help us grow our mass market channel and deepen our retail partnerships.

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a seasoned  Sales Director or Mass Market Sales Representative  with a strong background in the cut flower industry. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience and an established book of business with national and regional retailers, supermarkets, mass merchants, or club stores. The ideal candidate is results-driven, deeply connected within the floral or perishable goods industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow mass market and wholesale retail accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share.
• Leverage existing relationships to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to align sales with inventory and forecast needs.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, sales meetings, and customer events.
• Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cut flower, floral, or perishable goods industry.
• Proven track record of growing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationships with major retailers, grocery chains, or mass market accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required if experience is substantial.
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 20%).
