Job Title: School Psychologist

Company: Charter One AZ (American Leadership Academy)

Locations: Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, or Florence Area, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Start/End Dates: July 16, 2025 – June 5, 2026

Shift Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description: Charter One AZ (American Leadership Academy) is seeking dedicated and compassionate School Psychologists to join our team in Arizona. We currently have two full-time positions available with flexibility on location. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about supporting students' mental health and academic success.

Position Details:

  • Openings: 2 positions available
  • Caseload: Estimated 70-75 evaluations
  • Grades: K-12

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and support to students, parents, and staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide programs to promote mental health and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
