Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to win new business
  • Generate leads via cold calls, networking, and campaigns
  • Create tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs to assess and design service solutions
  • Collaborate with operations to build pricing models and transition plans
  • Negotiate contracts and manage long-term client relationships
  • Track pipeline activity and client interactions using Salesforce

Qualifications

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B service sales experience (e.g., janitorial, facilities, engineering)
  • Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and close new business
  • Experience developing and pricing service-based proposals
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in companies such as CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Aramark, Cintas, Johnson Controls
  • Exposure to services such as HVAC, lighting, pest control, or landscape
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
