Our client, a Greenwich-based multi-strategy private equity firm, manages approximately $6B of capital under management. They are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to assist the Fund Controllers in overseeing the finance function for the four U.S.-based investment platforms comprising 6 funds. The Senior Fund Accountant will provide direct support to Fund Controllers and will enjoy exposure to a multitude of business challenges. Success in this role will position the Senior Fund Accountant for expanded responsibilities within the firm.
Specific responsibilities will include:
● Maintain books and records for all fund entities.
● Maintain treasury function by updating cash reconciliation and credit facility files,
processing wires, and monitoring payments and capital activity.
● Review financial statements and capital statements.
● Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds.
● Assist with quarterly and annual investor reporting, including performance reporting.
