Job Description
Job Summary:
1. Candidates must have LinkedIn profiles for consideration.
2. The role is for a Solution Architect specializing in Conversational AI/NLP Implementation.
3. The job requires hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools such as Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework.
4. Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses is necessary.
5. The candidate should have designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms.
6. The role involves Cloud Architecture, with a strong preference for AWS expertise, especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
7. Familiarity with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture is necessary.
8. The role also involves Integration and DevOps, requiring experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services.
9. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is necessary.
10. Additional required skills include Genai Exposure and Python Development Experience.
