Job Description
A highly respected boutique trial firm in Ybor City is seeking a temp-to-perm Associate Attorney with 3-10 years of litigation experience . This firm is known for its hands-on, strategic case approach and commitment to securing top results for clients .
About the Role:
The firm handles a wide range of litigation, including injury claims, insurance disputes, and complex bad faith cases . This role is ideal for an attorney with state and federal litigation experience , strong research and writing skills , and the ability to work independently and collaboratively . Personal injury experience is preferred but not required .
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong litigation and advocacy skills
Passion for trial work and case strategy
