Job Description

Our client, a venture capital firm, is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to assist their office in Greenwich, CT!

You will be supporting around 6-7 executives on a team with heavy global travel + visas/passport renewals, calendar/scheduling, expenses, and covering the other EAs in the office for vacations.

This is a temporary band-aid assignment that starts asap.

Located: Greenwich, CT

Hours: 9am – 5pm

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence
  • Setting up for meetings and managing conference room calendars
  • Maintaining complex executive calendars
  • Arranging international and domestic travel plans and itineraries
  • Submitting expense reports
  • Maintaining a neat and stocked office space
  • Covering for reception desk as needed
  • Providing administrative support to teams as needed

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of EA experience
  • Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Personable and flexible to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience using Concur is a plus
