We’re launching a fast-growing live-selling business that streams high-energy shopping events on platforms like Whatnot and TikTok , connecting thousands of viewers with curated deals on fashion, home goods, and more.
The biggest bottleneck in our growth right now? Warehouse operations.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to help run the heart of our business. You’ll manage inventory coming in and out, keep the warehouse clean and organized, and pack and ship orders efficiently. You’ll also learn to use tools like Whatnot’s shipping platform and Amazon’s systems to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
This role offers flexible scheduling —as long as the work gets done, you can set your hours during the day.
Responsibilities
• Receive, count, and check inbound inventory
• Sort, label, and organize inventory in designated areas
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment
• Pick, pack, and ship orders quickly and accurately
• Use the Whatnot shipping platform to manage outbound shipments
• Assist in prepping inventory for live shows (tagging, grouping, steaming)
• Help keep track of low inventory and restocking needs
• Occasionally support live shows by pulling or staging items
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and responsible with time
• Willing to learn new systems like Whatnot shipping
Flexibility
• Flexible hours: work during the day when it fits your schedule
• Must complete assigned tasks and shipping deadlines on time
Bonus If You Have:
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience
• Experience with Whatnot, ShipStation, or other e-commerce tools
• Interest in live selling, fashion, or tech
