Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Director of Finance.
• Manage accounting functions for multiple small to mid-sized organizations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Review annual tax returns and compliance documents.
• Conduct detailed financial and management analyses to support decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgets, offering strategic insights and adjustments as needed.
• Assess and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 accounting professionals.
• Lead special financial projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting leadership with financial reporting expertise.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license (required).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax laws; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS applications; experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred).
• Attributes: Analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong organizational abilities. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with a commitment to confidentiality and mentorship.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of $130K – $175K
