SUMMARY:

DWS Printing & Packaging, a family owned - 5th Generation - leading label supplier, is currently seeking full-time Flexo Press Operators for 1st & 2nd shifts. Our Flexo Pressmen prints labels to client specifications and quality standards.

POSITION TYPE:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (1st); 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (2nd).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform make-ready functions
• Follow information from job tickets and prepare press accordingly
• Enter all activities into computer for job tracking and cost accounting
• Mount plates
• Mix ink and make color adjustments
• Perform press wash-up and clean-up procedures
• Perform press maintenance
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a pressmen is required

• Detail-oriented and capable of following standard work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Position requires being able to stand for 8hr shifts
• Ability to lift 50lb
• Ability to use hand pallet jack
