The Hotel Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving beverages, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires a deep understanding of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Skillfully prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes.

· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.

· Monitor and maintain bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and informing management of low stock items.

· Ensure adherence to all local and state alcohol service laws and regulations, including verifying guest age requirements.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.

· Accurately handle cash, credit and room charge transactions, ensuring proper accounting and reconciliation of sales.

· Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 6 months bartending experience or over 1 year of barback experience required.

· Alcohol Service certification is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75lbs.

· Availability: Must have night availability, including weekends and holidays
