If you’re a licensed physical therapist interested in joining a team of compassionate healthcare professionals, you might be a great fit for our team. You will work with people who have trouble moving because of surgery or an injury and create a plan for effective treatment. This position is in charge of delivering physical therapy treatments to patients to help them feel less pain and move around better as well as developing their health and fitness plans. Our ideal candidate must be able to manage different types of patient issues while staying current on the most recent techniques and methods for treatment. Compensation:

$90,000 - $100,000 projected earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols
  • Collaborate with others in the medical field and seek their opinions
  • Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor
  • Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition including mobility issues or injuries
  • Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient
  • Present these concierge services in such a way that the patients are eager to continue using them.
  • Stay up to date in the world of Pelvic Health and Obstetric care for the physical therapist.

  • Quarterly Staff Meeting
  • Annual Company Retreat
  • Customizable Physical therapy patient care hours

Qualifications:
  • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills
  • Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in
  • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting
  • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position
  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Experience in Women's Health (pelvic floor and obstetrics) or willing/open to training in this area
  • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Organizational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current state licensure in the state you practice
  • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills
