Maintenance Tech Technician & Lead (All Shifts)
Location: Oak Creek, WI
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule Openings:
· 1st Shift Monday to Friday (6am to 3pm) - $39-42/hr
· 2nd Shift Monday to Friday: (2pm to 11pm) $39-42/hr ($1.50 shift premium)
· 3rd Shift Sunday to Thursday: (10pm to 7am) $39-42/hr ($3.00 shift premium)
Maintenance Lead
2nd shift - Monday to Friday: (2pm to 11pm) - $46.50-51.50/hr
· Occasional Weekend work
What We’re Looking For:
· 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
· Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication
· Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC – controlled equipment.
· Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems
· Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
· Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance.
· Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability.
· Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.
· High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
