Client Overview : Our client, a luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a Sales Admin to join their team!

**You must have beauty experience to be considered for this role!

Role Overview: The Sales Admin will work in a fast-pace, creative environment and have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding luxury fragrance company.

Sales Admin Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors and handle vendor inquiries
• Process orders between the warehouse and vendors
• Arrange logistics (domestic & international) and maintain detailed documentation
• Responsible for managing orders and project timelines with suppliers / warehouse / and freight forwarder
• Create and update project schedules
• Assist in execution and ensuring deadlines are met for existing and new product development
• Manage task list
• File and organize

Sales Admin Qualifications:

• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales operations role
• Advanced Excel is a must
• Experience in 3PL
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
