As the IT Service Desk / Client Analyst , you will be responsible for overseeing IT services and monitoring the service desk platform while acting as a first point of contact for first and second level support. Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

• Monitor and maintain the support desk and client management tools
• Manage client software distribution, IT security, and updates
• Maintain client hardware and software
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve first and second level client issues
• Prepare technical documents, procedures, manuals, guidelines, and training instructions
• Update existing documentation following procedural changes, new releases, or enhancements to applications
• Maintain knowledge of both new and existing technologies
• Collaborate with business units to reduce barriers
• Analyze internal data to identify customer service trends and propose solutions
• Assist with other duties as assigned

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3+ years of previous experience in an IT support/help desk role
• Proficiency with support desk tools and software distribution tools
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
• Ability to work independently while providing a high level of support to end users
• Ability to install and troubleshoot software systems and hardware
• Proficiency with MS productivity apps, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and asset management
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work after hours as needed
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field

$72k - $85k
