The Consulting Associate, Data Strategy and Solutions develops the strategy, recommendations, and playbook and defines program approach, processes, and workflows for Federal clients with statistics missions. They have experience in consulting and related to statistics and data management, project management, customer experience, and web publishing, ideally for justice and social science-related programs. They have at least 5 years of relevant experience and ability to lead a team. U.S. Citizens only.
Arc Aspicio is currently working a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.

Total Rewards: Salary is just one element of our Total Rewards which includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities. The projected salary range for this position is $78,000 - $127,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
